anyone used this unit, would this replace my seperate bbe362 and seperate compressor

If you are using the 362 on the mics only, then yes it would just replace, if you are using it on the entire mix, then you would lose on both counts.  Compressor are typically put in the mic chain, not a huge need to compress the entire mix.
