Divo did "I wanna be Sedated" too, Oh yeah, Ramones did that.. Figures. I just never caught onto this punk stuff. How would you classify the Song "Roxanne" by the Police ? Another song I never took to. Was that 1979 ? I respect the musicianship of Sting and Andy Summer but my god.. What is it about that song people like ? I don't get it... Yeah I know, I shouldn't be this way. I know whatever a person likes musically is fine... but still, I just don't get it..

That's false advertising. I removed the Gel Seat from my GT Zaskar LE Frame last night to try this, and while tightening the Seat Post Clamp, I heard the Tampon crack. Had to put the seat back on.

Did you use a torque wrench?.....any more than 5lbs per square inch will blow the seal.........did you lube it up good with some KY jellie before you inserted it?.....you're such a Cracker...

No, Quick release ! Titanium. I don't like using KY on mechanical stuff, Tri-Flo is much better

Here's the attempt.. Like most people when I'm not in here typing I think of stuff like floating candle bowls, silverware and miniature violins yet so does everybody <shrug>

Wow Kappy - The lighting is perfect. Did you have trouble with that?

I didn't Babs. But it wasn't the first shot I took of that arrangement either, It was the suns position and shadowing that gave me the idea. That was taken out on the back patio around 4PM a month or-so ago. I took about 5 of that scene and used the shot that I thought worked the best, this was the the shot that was least blurry. I also tweaked a little using my online Pentax software (something I'd call cheating but heck... Photography and everything today uses computer software for enhancement purposes). I've photo'd loads of flowers around where I live too but I realize without using a tripod I'm pretty much SOL. I like contrast and metallic radiance and always have been fascinated in the stuff..
btw, this is the best I can do on a flower without a tripod.. I just can't do these things. I'll need to put the camera on a tripod, set a timer, and position the thing zooming in, I don't have remote shutter capability with this inexpensive point and shoot.
This I had probs with. Not sure this can be done showing detail without a tripod but I tried anyway. Used the cameras 3X zoom handheld
Check out JDMeisters photos if you want to see a good eye for photography. Jerry has given me a few tips. I'm EXTREMELY new at this.
BTW, All my photos are submitted under "C" LMAO No rank wanted since I know I'm a "10" <shrug>
Nah, NOTHING in the arts comes easy for me. Visual art stuff is really tough for me. Especially drawing and painting
