It's gotta be no bigger than 120 x 120 pixels- and no larger than 59 KB.
Oh, and when uploading... make SURE you scroll down and say that yes- you're "not a spambot". :D We must be human, every single one of us;)

Hey Charmin, Did you add that above spambot part in afterwards ? Or am I really dense ? I know the two need not be mutually exclusive but I'm curious still.
