As I dont KJ anymore I'm learning php and mysql.  With c-panel and fantascio I can install a full blown help desk on a phpbb2 forum  like this one. I am currently learning php and decided to write  my own.. I have already seen some interest from different  software writers for initial support.

If you are interested in becoming a consultant and adding  a cataegory let me know..

This help desk will give a user the capabilities of filling out a ticket with all pertinent info and getting personal assistance with  file upload and phone support.

For something that will address the private or KJ'S problems what categories or features would you like added to this initial form? here

I would change th one of them to "Computer hardware".   Otherwise they might think it is a place to ask questions for "Audio" hardware.   Just a thought.
