I've seen the Kamikazee Karaoke once-- but the KJ was picking songs for people.

The other "game" I saw was called Roulette Karaoke.  It was at the end of the night and very few singers left.  So, the KJ picked a song (it happened to be Hotel California).   He started and everybody sange a line or two then passed the mic to somebody else.     Pretty fun actually

Can't think of any others.
