In my early twenties I was able to get a note just a little higher than the highest note in this song. He can proabably get higher too but the song didn't call for it.
Hocus Pocus by focus got higher than this guy.
His technique is a compressor and a pair of vice-grips. Gyess where the vice-grips go.
