Does anyone know how to configure Cool Edit Pro 2.0 to work with the Line 6 Tone Pro UX-1 recording interface?
I know the unit works because I am able to use it with the software that was bundled with it. The problem is that it does not have the functionality or usability of Cool Edit Pro and I think it's more difficult to use. Add to that the fact that when you save your work it's written to a file with a proprietary format, Cool Edit Pro is a much better choice.
Thanks,
Larry

Larry, in Cool Edit Pro if you go to Options --> Device Properties --> Wave In, can you choose the Line 6 Tone Pro as one of the devices? It will have to show up here if you're going to be able to use it.

I have written a beginners basic guide to CEP but if you are used to using it I doubt it will be much use. Besides you're a guy you dont read directions LMAO
