, thanks hon, but i am just too lazy, these photos were hidden away on a disc somewhere, unedited.. This isn't "my computer". So, i specifed photobucket to resize them, but it hit an error, and didn't, and I didn't care enough to upload them again.
I am a photoshop nerd.. and I didn't put it on this computer, because this is the hubby's computer.

We get alot of snow down south here too. But because it's a little warmer here than Canada, we have an entirely different problem to contend with ! VERY dangerous !

, you nut:)
It gets around -35 and colder around here in the winter, NOT taking into account the windchill, and i wouldn't REALLY consider this "north", like most people would. Apparently, our next move is supposed to be waaayy colder in the winter than here... I don't care, as long as i can still ski:)

AH HA, That's what I was going to mention to you. Those of us that used to ski are VERY familiar with things freezing to our faces, icycles hanging from moustaches, beards etc...Happens to all of us ! -35 actual temperature ? I wasn't aware it got that cold even in your general area. I didn't know it got that cold too many places that weren't in the Arctic or Antarctic regions... I don't know, that's VERY VERY cold...Dangerously cold to exposed skin I'd think

uh oh.. severe storm warning.. cross your fingers I don't lose power.. AGAIN.
lights are flickering now
anyways, it gets COLD here in the winter... the windchill is the biggest pain in the arse, here is a statistic for ya,
--->Coldest Wind Chill
on Jan. 10, 1982. Temperature -36°C with winds at 54 km/h produced a wind chill of -58
Ow.
They post wind chill warnings around here, but are different for dif. regions, depending on what weather people are used to. Around here, they post warnings when it is -40 or lower. Realize, in -45 and colder, skin can freeze in minutes, and cause frostbite. We have problems 'round here with homeless people, in winter. As you can imagine:)
luckily, it only gets THATTTT cold occasionally, but i wouldn't want to live much more north.. Usually it sits at around -20 or so, or so during the coldest months, around here. mind you, it is that HERE, and then can be mmmuch warmer in the southern regions of ontario. I found the year before this year much colder than the last one.. but, i don't know for sure:) we sure had a HUGE snowfall winter this year though:)
I think i should tell justy to sign up for the posting in Alert:)
